It's a Buyer's Market

Inventory levels are very high in all price ranges, creating a definite "Buyer's Market". Many sellers are reducing their prices in order to sell their property this spring. With higher inventory and lower prices, it's a great time to buy real estate in Vero Beach, Florida. For example, my new listing in the Moorings was reduced $40,000 to $439,000. That's a terrific price for a totally renovated 1880 square foot condominium with ocean access.
