Motivated sellers are aggressively pricing their properties to sell. I am amazed by some of the values I'm seeing in Vero Beach real estate. In January of this year, there were only 8 single family homes for sale priced under $500,000 on the whole island. Now there's close to 30, plus even more condominiums. There's currently a barrier island home priced at only $370,000! That's less than lot value! This home is located in Central Beach, close to all amenities and a short walk to the ocean and Riverside Park. It's doubtful that this high level of inventory and low prices will continue for long. With over 1,000 people a day moving to Florida, the current over supply of inventory should be depleted within a year.
